Physician-to-attorney analysis grounded in 13 years at the bedside and in hospital medicine leadership — translated into clear, defensible litigation opinions.
Independent assessment of whether hospital and inpatient care met the accepted standard, with the clinical reasoning spelled out for counsel and jury.
Connecting — or disconnecting — the alleged breach from the outcome, and framing the medical basis for damages.
Early merit screening, written reports, and deposition or trial testimony for plaintiff and defense.
For attorneys evaluating a potential case, I perform an initial merit review of the medical records and deliver a clear, comprehensive written report — a candid read on the medicine before you commit to full litigation support. You get a clinician who chairs hospital peer review and adverse-outcome analysis, and who understands exactly how a chart becomes legal evidence.
The initial merit review is offered at a flat fee — available upon request.
Rates apply equally to plaintiff and defense engagements and are based solely on my time and expertise — never on the outcome of a case. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request.
